Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS and DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from balance, which is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. However, the policy may vary with resorts that require higher deposits and different payments.

PAYMENTS
All payments must be made to Fiji Travel.

FARES AND CONCESSIONS
All rates on this website include a 5% discount for cash & check payments only. No discount is available for payments by credit card.

LATE BOOKINGS
Late bookings may be accepted up to 14 days prior to departure but will be subject to any extraordinary arrangement costs. Extra charges include airfare variances due to advance purchase; express delivery and/or communications costs.

MODIFICATION & CHANGES
For each change made after the original booking request has been fulfilled, a $50 fee per change will apply. If final documents have been prepared, no changes will be permitted. After airline tickets have been issued, any changes in airline routing, travel dates or hotel reservations result in substantial penalties being imposed.

CANCELLATIONS
A mandatory fee of $200 per person will apply to any booking cancelled prior to departure date. Additional charges may be imposed depending on lateness of cancellation and any other fees assessed by the hotel or land operators.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour once travel has begun.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Documents are mailed approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.

PASSPORTS
Each traveler must have a valid passport. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all documentation/visas necessary for travel are complete and current.

PRICING & COSTS
All rates are quoted based on current tariffs and international rates of currency exchange and are, therefore, subject to change. Each booking represents a complete package. An itemized costing breakdown will not be given. Prices do not include departure taxes. All our rates are constructed using the lowest class of inventory by the airlines. If these class of fares are not available, our package prices may vary. Currency fluctuations and airline schedules may vary; thus all prices are subject to change.

DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Neither Fiji Travel nor its suppliers shall be liable for any loss, damage injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect or through the act or omissions of any person performing or rendering services other than carriage by air furnished by airline or any ACT or IATAN carrier.

INSURANCE
Due to the extraordinary savings being offered on airline tickets and land packages, if you cancel your bookings, various penalties will apply. They will depend on the length of time remaining before departure; in addition to services already provided. Therefore we strongly recommend that you buy “Travel Insurance” program which will protect all aspects of your trip. Refer to the detailed conditions stipulated in the "Travel Insured International" brochure. The insurance provides a wide range of coverage’s.

Travel Insured International
Travel Insured offers package of benefits including trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency assistance and medical evacuation, default and bankruptcy, accident and sickness medical expense, accidental death and dismemberment, and baggage.

HOT DEALS & INTERNET SPECIALS
These programs are heavily discounted and no additional discount will be permitted. These programs must be booked directly through Fiji Travel.
